Terms of Service

1. The service

LimesWorth is a project workflow and change-control tool. It helps you review scope, document client requests, generate Change Orders, collect client decisions, and create Evidence Packs from your project records. The service may also support inbound communications, connected third-party accounts, and tokenized client workflows. Gmail connections use Composio as the primary connection path. Forwarded-email intake is a separate path. LimesWorth does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.

Connected-account availability can differ by provider and workspace. The same Gmail mailbox may be connected separately to a Personal workspace and an Agency workspace; each connection is treated as a separate workspace scope with its own synchronization state and access controls. LimesWorth currently supports only one active Outlook workspace binding per LimesWorth user or account context. The same LimesWorth user or account context therefore cannot maintain simultaneous Personal and Agency Outlook bindings. To use Outlook in both scopes at the same time, separate LimesWorth user or account contexts and separate Outlook connections are required. This is a current LimesWorth product limitation, not a statement that Microsoft or Outlook prohibits that arrangement.

2. AI outputs are suggestions only

AI-assisted scope analysis, extraction, and related features produce suggestions for your review. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output, making scope decisions, communicating with clients, setting pricing, and accepting commercial consequences. LimesWorth does not guarantee that AI output is complete or correct. Human authority remains with you.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials safe, and use the service only for lawful purposes. New accounts must verify their email address before using the private product. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. The live product demo account is read-only for certain actions.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not connect, import, or access third-party accounts or data unless you are authorized to do so.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not abuse public client links.
• Do not interfere with the service or upload malicious code.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of information you enter into LimesWorth. You grant LimesWorth the limited right to process that information only as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to upload, import, connect, or otherwise make available the content you provide, including client contracts, requests, emails, messages, files, and attachments.

6. Public client links

Public client links may allow a recipient to view and, where supported, respond to selected LimesWorth workflow records without creating an account. You are responsible for sending links only to the intended recipient and for how you use the resulting records in your workflow.

7. Evidence Packs

Evidence Packs are workflow records generated from your stored project data. They are not a guarantee of legal enforceability in any jurisdiction.

8. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

LimesWorth currently offers a Free plan and paid Solo and Pro plans.

The Free plan is $0 and allows unlimited manual projects. There is no subscription charge for Free.

Solo and Pro are paid subscriptions handled through Paddle. Solo allows up to 5 Active projects and may be billed monthly at $19 or annually at $190. Pro allows up to 20 Active projects and may be billed monthly at $29 or annually at $290. The prices and limits that apply are those shown at the time you pay.

An Agency plan may be offered in the future and is not currently purchasable.

Paid Solo and Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period unless cancelled. If you cancel, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access until that period expires. After expiry, the account becomes Free.

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. LimesWorth does not store complete payment-card details.

9. Refunds and chargebacks

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and Paddle procedures. Contact LimesWorth before initiating a chargeback when possible. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Service availability and changes

LimesWorth may be updated, changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or operational reasons. Features, limits, prices, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LimesWorth does not promise error-free results, specific commercial outcomes, or that the service will satisfy every legal or contractual requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LimesWorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, payment fraud, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; subscription cancellation is described in section 8.

13. Changes to these Terms

The latest version of these Terms and its effective date are published on this page. Additional notice of material changes will be provided where required by applicable law.
